Pine Hollow Club is looking for Outside Service Attendants to support our golf operations and help create an exceptional experience for our members and their guests.

This role is hands-on, active, and right at the center of the golf experience—you’ll be the first and last touchpoint of the day for many members.

What You’ll Do

• Greet members and guests as they arrive and assist with golf bags and equipment
• Stage golf carts with all necessary supplies (scorecards, towels, water, etc.)
• Clean clubs and maintain all rental and practice equipment
• Keep the bag room, cart barn, and staging areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Support the driving range and practice facilities (balls, tees, overall setup)
• Assist with bag storage and ensure all items are returned to the correct place
• Communicate with the Golf Shop on lost and found items or member needs
• Be present, helpful, and ready to jump in wherever needed throughout the day

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Team player with a willingness to learn
• Interest in golf is a plus, but not required
• Valid driver’s license required

Schedule & Environment

• Seasonal role (May through October)
• 5–6 days per week, including weekends and holidays
• Active, outdoor role with a lot of movement throughout the day

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry golf bags (up to 50 lbs)
• Frequent walking, bending, lifting, and standing
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
