Position Details


Schedule: Part-Time
Shift: 3PM–11PM
Requirement: Every weekend required


LPN Pay & Benefits

  • Competitive Pay: $28–$33.40/hour (based on experience) 
  • Shift Differentials: 
    • Weekday 2nd Shift: +$2/hour 
    • Weekend 2nd Shift: +$3/hour

What You’ll Do

As an LPN at St. Ann, you will:

  • Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents 
  • Administer medications and treatments 
  • Monitor and report changes in resident conditions 
  • Collaborate with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary care teams 
  • Support LNAs and LMNAs in daily resident care 
  • Foster a positive and respectful environment for residents and staff

Requirements

 

· Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

· Long-term care experience preferred 

· Must possess and maintain a current Nursing license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board
