Junior Acumatica ERP System Administrator & AI Solutions Analyst
Job Type
Full-time
Description

Company: Texas Research International (TRI)

Location: West Austin (9225 FM 2244, Austin, TX 78733)

Salary: $85,000 – $115,000 + Bonus

Experience: 2–4 Years

About the Role

Texas Research International (TRI) is looking for a motivated Acumatica ERP Specialist & AI Solutions Analyst to join our Corporate IT team at our West Austin hill-country campus.

This is a high-growth role designed for a professional with a solid foundation in ERP systems who is eager to dive into AI/ML automation. You will serve as the core technical point of contact for our Acumatica environment, supporting 13 employee-owned subsidiaries. Rather than just maintaining a database, you will help us build an intelligent engine that supports our scientists and engineers. If you are a problem-solver who enjoys working directly with people and wants to bridge the gap between business processes and modern technology, this is your next step.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Administration: Support the daily configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Acumatica ERP, focusing on financials

        and project accounting.

Business Analysis: Partner with business users to document requirements, troubleshoot functional issues, and translate

complex scientific workflows into system solutions.

Data & Reporting: Develop and maintain SQL queries, Generic Inquiries (GIs), and dashboards to provide real-time insights

        for our leadership teams.

API & Integration Support: Assist in managing APIs and data flows between Acumatica and our laboratory systems (LIMS).

AI & Automation: Support practical AI initiatives by using Python to automate repetitive tasks and improve R&D data

        processing.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify "bottlenecks" in current processes and propose technology-driven solutions

        to improve efficiency.
