In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our hiring efforts by managing the early stages of the recruitment pipeline — from application review through candidate screening — while also assisting with hiring administration. You will work closely with and report directly to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review incoming applications and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates that align with role requirements and team needs.
  • Schedule and conduct phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit prior to presenting them to hiring managers.
  • Assist with processing hiring paperwork including offer letters, background check initiation, and new hire onboarding tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and requisition statuses within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide regular pipeline updates and status reports to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor.
  • Perform other recruiting duties as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Supervisor.

Requirements
  • 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, in-house or agency.
  • Proven experience conducting phone screens and managing candidate pipelines.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Paylocity is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, candidate-friendly approach.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with background check platforms and offer letter processing is a plus.
