What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, A/C units, etc.)
• Perform routine maintenance, system tune-ups, and component replacements
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners about service needs and recommendations
• Accurately document work performed and maintain organized records within CRM software
• Follow all safety and company protocols while keeping a clean, professional work environment

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on field experience in HVAC service
• EPA Certification 
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a “fix it right the first time” mindset
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
