Position Summary: Regional Manager

The Regional Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving performance across a portfolio of affordable housing communities in Central Florida. This position blends strategic oversight with hands-on leadership—ensuring operational success, regulatory compliance, and exceptional resident experiences.


You’ll partner with on-site teams to elevate performance, optimize operations, and strengthen communities, all while aligning with Carteret’s core values of customer service, communication, and competency.

Requirements

What You Bring

-Proven leadership in multi-site property management

-Deep knowledge of affordable housing programs and compliance

-Strong operational and financial management skills

A - passion for developing teams and improving communities


Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

-5+ years as a Regional Manager, or 10+ years as an on-site Property Manager with relevant certifications (TCS, COS, HCCP, CP3, NAHP, or equivalent)

-Expertise in Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant laws

-Willingness to travel
