Bilingual Customer Service Representative– Call Center (English/Spanish)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative who excels at helping others, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service. In this role, you’ll support residential customers by efficiently resolving billing and general inquiries with accuracy and efficiency. You’ll also identify opportunities to promote our products and services, ensuring every interaction delivers a positive and meaningful experience—especially for our Spanish-speaking and Hispanic communities.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist English and Spanish speaking customers with billing, account questions, and service inquiries.
- Present personalized recommendations on products and technology solutions that best fit customer needs.
- Provide first-call resolution for general inquiries about products, services, and company information.
- Promote and upsell company services to existing customers. Promote and upsell MaxxSouth services to new and existing customers, while fostering customer retention through excellent service and in-depth product knowledge.
- Always maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Attend monthly training sessions and team meetings.
- Create positive, memorable customer experiences and make real connections with our diverse customer base
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) -required.
- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent -required.
- Experience in customer service -required (call center experience a plus).
- Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems, with strong keyboard and computer skills -required.
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in your work -required.

Expected pay is $15-$16/hour including commission.
