Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Junior Dental Sales Representative in Phoenix, Arizona.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Ground-floor opportunity with rapidly growing orthodontic technology startup disrupting the clear aligner industry
• Hunter-style territory sales role focused on acquiring new orthodontic and dental accounts
• Opportunity to sell clinically differentiated aligner technology and advanced digital treatment planning platform
• Foundational commercial team role with strong advancement potential as organization scales
• Phoenix territory offering strong dental market density and business development opportunity

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000
• On-Target Earnings: $160,000 – $180,000
• Uncapped commission structure
• Mileage reimbursement provided

SCHEDULE
• Field-based territory sales role
• Daily in-person office prospecting and relationship development
• Approximately 10% travel required

ROLE
• Prospect, develop, and close new orthodontic and dental accounts throughout assigned territory
• Build relationships with orthodontists, dentists, and office staff to drive utilization and account growth
• Conduct in-person dental office visits and navigate front-office interactions confidently
• Present aligner technology and digital treatment platform as clinically superior solution
• Generate and maintain strong sales pipeline through proactive business development efforts
• Meet aggressive revenue and territory growth goals within startup environment
• Collaborate with leadership to support go-to-market strategy and territory expansion

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year dental sales experience REQUIRED
• 1–5 years total professional sales experience REQUIRED
• Strong hunter mentality and new business development skills REQUIRED
• Proven prospecting metrics and sales performance REQUIRED
• Comfortable walking into dental offices and engaging front office staff REQUIRED
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills REQUIRED
• Highly coachable and competitive mindset REQUIRED
• Comfortable working independently within startup sales environment REQUIRED
• Willingness to work daily in field throughout assigned territory REQUIRED
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with relevant dental sales experience
