Requirements
  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of Human Resources, administrative, or related experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting employee relations, onboarding, benefits, or leave administration preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.


In this role, you will

  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation scheduling, new hire paperwork, system access, and exit documentation. 
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and data within HRIS systems while ensuring confidentiality and compliance. 
  • Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and assisting with hiring events and staffing activities. 
  • Process employee status changes such as promotions, transfers, compensation updates, and separations in HR systems. 
  • Assist employees with benefits-related questions and provide administrative support for benefit enrollments and leave of absence processes. 
  • Monitor and track required training, certifications, acknowledgments, and compliance-related documentation. 
  • Provide administrative support for employee relations matters, including investigations, corrective action documentation, and performance management processes. 
  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs, escalating issues when appropriate. 
  • Manage and organize HR communications, departmental inboxes, reports, and internal HR resources to support daily operations. 
  • Participate in HR projects, process improvement initiatives, training coordination, and other departmental activities as assigned.
