Supports individuals with disabilities in finding and keeping meaningful employment by building skills, confidence, and independence. Provides personalized coaching, job search assistance, and on-the-job support to help clients succeed in the workplace.

Job tasks:

• Assist clients with life skills such as (bus training, good personal hygiene, helping the build their resumes, and any other items that will assist in successful employment withing the community.)
• Conduct work strategy assessments and mock interviews.
• Assist with on-site job training. (Job coaching.)
• Complete daily documentation.

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Flexible.
• Team player.
• Patient.
• Organized.
• Self-Driven.
• Must have a valid Utah drivers license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to pass a drug screenig.
