 About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Trainer to support the growth and performance of our Sales team at Lofty. This role is responsible for onboarding, coaching, and continuously improving the effectiveness of client-facing team members through structured training, call reviews, and performance development.

The ideal candidate understands sales processes, customer communication, objection handling, and consultative selling. You’ll work closely with team leads and managers to identify skill gaps, improve conversion performance, and ensure a consistent client experience across the team.


What You’ll Own

  • Conduct onboarding and continuous training for Sales team members
  • Develop training materials, playbooks, scripts, and coaching frameworks
  • Run live coaching sessions, roleplays, and call reviews
  • Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Train teams on objection handling, client communication, and sales processes
  • Help improve conversion rates, client engagement, and overall sales quality
  • Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and training initiatives
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, product knowledge, and customer experience
Requirements

  

  • 3+  years of experience in sales training, coaching, or sales leadership
  • Background in SaaS, real estate tech, or BPO sales is a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience conducting call evaluations and performance coaching
  • Ability to simplify processes and create engaging training materials
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of sales psychology and customer communication
