What You’ll Do

• Build genuine patient relationships 
• Educate patients on oral health and preventative care 
• Deliver high-quality clinical hygiene care 
• Work alongside a collaborative, supportive dental team 
• Use modern technology and digital systems 
• Help create a welcoming, positive patient experience 

What We’re Looking For

• Active Wisconsin Dental Hygiene license 
• Positive attitude and team mentality 
• Strong communication skills 
• Passion for patient care and education 
• Comfortable with modern technology 
• Reliable, growth-oriented, and motivated

Pay + Benefits

• Starting pay at $48+/hour 
• $5,000 sign-on bonus 
• $1,000 loupes reimbursement
