St. Louis Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a dedicated and experienced Office Manager to join our pediatric dental team. Experience & Key Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure an efficient and positive patient experience 
  • Lead, coach, and support administrative and clinical team members 
  • Manage scheduling, staffing coordination, and office workflow efficiency 
  • Monitor office performance metrics, patient satisfaction, and operational goals 
  • Support insurance, billing, and financial processes while maintaining compliance and accuracy
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management. 
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3+ years of dental management experience preferred 
  • Previous pediatric dental experience strongly preferred 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills 
  • Experience managing schedules, patient flow, and office operations in a fast-paced environment 
  • Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and practice management software preferred
