Guest Service Representative - Part Time
Description

Purpose:  Ensure efficient and smooth operations for excellent guest satisfaction. Respond in a professional and courteous manner to guests by providing accurate and timely information and services.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Always greet guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Perform accurate check-in and check-outs of guests daily

• Answer telephone in a timely fashion

• Make reservations over the phone and in person

• Provide mutually beneficial solutions to guest complaints

• Responsible for a cash float throughout your shift to ensure that everything balances at the end of shift

• Exhibit teamwork throughout all departments of the hotel

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 1-year hotel experience preferred

• Customer Service experience 

• Ability to handle cash 

• Open availability preferred, nights and weekend availability are required
