Account Development Representative

Position Responsibilities 

The Renewal ADR is responsible for assisting renewals sales reps to help grow the existing small business borrower relationship. Responsibilities include communicating with customers regarding their current or future financing needs as well as handling check inns, customer service-related requests, and submitting potential renewals. The best candidates will be self-motivated, team-oriented and anxious to be part of a rapidly growing business. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Influence existing customers on the benefits of renewing or refinancing their existing loan with Channel  
  • Manage inbound emails and calls 
  • Provide working capital product information, features, and benefits to customers  
  • Request appropriate information from customers to determine eligibility  
  • Initiate the submission, and work with the sales team to ensure the customer has a great user experience across sales, credit, and funding teams  
  • Maintain confidentiality of all customers and company records  
  • Perform other duties as required

• Daily outbound customer connections  

• Renewal Submission Ratios (Internal) 

• Response Time 

• Customer Contact Rates 

Requirements

 Skills & Specifications 

  • Strong telephone presence  
  • Organizational skills are key 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication  
  • Exceptional ability to present information in one-on-one situations to customers 
  • Ability to apply basic arithmetic 
  • Microsoft Word, Spreadsheets, Outlook and an ability to quickly learn and navigate through Channel’s Salesforce system and related technologies. 

Education & Qualifications 

  • Previous history in sales or other client facing opportunities is ideal  
  • Proven track record of developing strong relationships and/or repeat customer business  
Salary Description
$40,000 - $50,000 annually + commission
