We are currently looking for two Underwriting Technical Coordinators to join our Underwriting Team!
The Underwriting Technical Coordinator serves as the key technical resource for Underwriting, leading projects related to systems, rating, product updates, and process improvements. This role partners closely with IT, Sales, Marketing, and Underwriting teams to coordinate testing, resolve system issues, and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency and workflow effectiveness.
The Underwriting Technical Coordinator plays a critical role in training associates, supporting cross-functional communication, and ensuring successful rollout of underwriting system and product enhancements, all in support of our company vision.

Qualifications and Responsibilities for the Underwriting Technical Coordinator:
- Three years of Property and Casualty Underwriting experience
- Strong knowledge of Property and Casualty systems and processing applications
- Solid project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem solving analysis and resolution skills
- College degree with a major in business, management or related area, preferred
