About the Role

• Anchor Innovation is hiring an Expeditionary Logistics Specialist to support lifecycle management and supply chain integration for unmanned surface vessel (sUSV) systems.
• This role focuses on building repeatable logistics processes that support operational units and reduce friction across the supply chain.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and manage logistics processes supporting expeditionary operations
• Build and refine Table of Allowance (TOA) structures
• Coordinate parts procurement, inventory tracking, and material readiness
• Interface with program offices, OEMs, and fleet units to resolve logistics issues
• Support integration with Navy logistics systems (e.g., NTCSS, SKED, COSAL/APL)
• Track and improve supply chain performance and system availability
• Establish sustainable lifecycle support processes

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance
• Experience in Navy logistics, supply chain, or lifecycle support
• Direct experience developing or managing TOAs
• Strong understanding of Navy logistics systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with expeditionary or forward-deployed operations
• Familiarity with NTCSS, SKED, COSAL, APL, and related systems
• Experience supporting unmanned systems or emerging programs
• 7th Fleet experience
