We’re looking for a Teacher’s Assistant who’s ready to jump in, stay flexible, and help create a structured, supportive learning environment for students in a healthcare setting. This isn’t your typical classroom—every day brings something new, and your work truly matters.

What You’ll Do

• Team up with teachers to keep the classroom organized, engaging, and running smoothly
• Support students academically and behaviorally—celebrating wins and helping navigate challenges
• Help prepare daily classroom materials (and yes, sometimes that includes filling water bottles and making copies!)
• Supervise students and document observations to support their growth and care plans
• Assist with data tracking, gradebooks, transcripts, and online learning systems
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (education, nursing, clinical staff) to support each student’s success
• Participate in treatment teams as a voice for the Education Department
• Help train new staff on classroom routines and systems
• Use verbal de-escalation techniques—and step in during high-stress moments when needed
