Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients in selecting frames, lenses, and lens enhancements tailored to their prescription, lifestyle, and preferences.
• Educate patients about lens options, frame styles, and benefits of second pair purchases.
• Ensure accurate measurements for proper lens placement and alignment.
• Process insurance claims and provide clear explanations of coverage to patients.
• Collaborate with the optical team to meet sales goals and maintain inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing optical showroom.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in optical sales is a must.
