We're looking for a versatile, high-impact Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to our CEO and leadership team. In a company of our size, this isn't a behind-the-scenes administrative role; it's a hands-on, cross-functional position at the center of everything we do. You'll drive key initiatives from strategy to execution, streamline operations, manage internal communications, and step in wherever the business needs you most. One day you might be drafting and implementing business processes across HR, Finance, and IT to ensure consistency and accountability; the next, you're tracking staff performance on assigned tasks or partnering with the CEO to develop strategies for headcount and revenue growth. You'll also play a critical role in operational readiness and making sure the company can scale smoothly and absorb large contracts without breaking stride. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to fast-moving environments, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. You'll need strong judgment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build trust across every level of the organization. If you're energized by wearing multiple hats, holding people accountable, and helping a growing company operate like one twice its size — we'd love to hear from you.?
