Reporting directly to the Administrative Services Manager we are currently seeking Bus Drivers for multiple shifts to be based at our Price, UT facilities.

Job Description

Job Title: Bus Driver


Position Summary:  The Bus Driver is responsible for safely and reliably transporting employees between designated work locations while ensuring compliance with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies. This position requires a dependable individual with a valid CDL and Passenger Endorsement who can maintain schedules, perform routine vehicle inspections, communicate effectively with supervisors, and adapt to changing operational needs, weather, and road conditions. The Bus Driver plays a key role in supporting daily operations by providing safe, professional, and efficient transportation services. 


Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:00 am - 7:30 am, 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm, 1:00 am - 2:00 am (subject to change)


Essential Functions. Other Duties as Assigned. 

  • Safely transport employees between designated work locations according to established schedules or operational needs. 
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, including brakes, lights, tires, fluids, safety equipment, and overall vehicle cleanliness. 
  • Maintain compliance with all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies. 
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding delays, route changes, maintenance concerns, or emergencies. 
  • Report accidents, injuries, safety concerns, or vehicle issues immediately. 
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and operational readiness, including fueling, charging, and basic upkeep. 
  • Adapt to changing schedules, weather conditions, road conditions, and operational requirements. 
  • Provide professional and courteous interaction with employees and passengers at all times. 
  • Maintain accurate logs or inspection documentation as required.
Requirements

 Qualifications:

  • Valid CDL Driver License with Passenger Endorsement required. 
  • Clean driving record. 
  • Strong reliability, punctuality, and attendance. 
  • Ability to safely operate passenger transportation vehicles in varying weather and road conditions. 
  • Strong communication and situational awareness skills. 
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency or high-pressure situations. 
  • Basic understanding of vehicle inspections and safety procedures. 

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods while operating a vehicle. 
  • Ability to enter and exit the vehicle multiple times per shift. 
  • Ability to occasionally lift or move items related to vehicle operation or maintenance. 
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions. 

Work Environment:

  • Driving routes may include local and regional travel between company locations and work sites. 
  • Schedule flexibility may be required based on operational needs, weather, or production schedules.
