We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager who knows how to lead client relationships, not just maintain them. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day communication across a portfolio of accounts, drive organic social planning and content strategy, and coordinate creative services requests from concept through delivery. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for your clients and represent Brandability in every interaction.

You’ll also act as a communication bridge between clients and our digital strategy team, helping present campaign reporting, analytics, and performance updates in a clear and organized way. While you won’t be expected to serve as the strategist or analyst, you should be comfortable walking clients through reports, answering initial questions, and bringing in the appropriate team members when needed.
This role also includes project management responsibilities for website builds. You may oversee one or two active web projects at a time, coordinating timelines, client feedback, approvals, and internal handoffs from kickoff through launch. In addition, you’ll help manage ongoing website maintenance requests for retainer clients outside of active campaigns or strategy engagements.
Agency experience is required. You understand how fast-paced agency environments operate, know how to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously, and can confidently collaborate with strategists, designers, developers, and production teams.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, owning communication, relationship management, and overall client experience
- Lead organic social media planning, content calendars, and platform strategy for managed accounts
- Write and manage client-facing creative briefs for design, copy, production, and digital requests
- Coordinate projects from intake through delivery, ensuring timelines, expectations, and communication stay aligned
- Present campaign reporting and performance updates on behalf of the digital strategy team, escalating deeper strategic conversations when appropriate
- Project manage website builds, coordinating scope, timelines, client reviews, and internal web team collaboration from kickoff through launch
- Facilitate ad hoc website edit and maintenance requests for retainer clients
- Maintain visibility into project scope, timelines, and deliverables while proactively identifying risks or changes
- Partner closely with creative, web, strategy, and leadership teams to translate client needs into actionable direction
- Represent Brandability with professionalism and confidence across meetings, calls, presentations, and written communication
- Agency experience required; you’ve successfully managed multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing website projects from kickoff to launch preferred
- Strong understanding of organic social strategy, platform best practices, and audience-focused content across Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Ability to facilitate creative work effectively by writing strong briefs, reviewing deliverables thoughtfully, and providing clear direction
- Strong fluency in agency and marketing terminology across digital, creative, production, and web services
- Comfortable presenting campaign data and reports to clients, even if you are not the primary analyst or strategist
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage revisions, scope changes, timelines, and client expectations professionally and proactively
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana, website platforms like WordPress, and social scheduling tools such as Planable
- Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
