Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems efficiently and accurately
• Educate homeowners on technical findings, recommended solutions, and repair options
• Perform comprehensive whole-home plumbing safety inspections (60–90 minutes per visit)
• Identify and recommend upgrades or preventative improvements, including tankless water heaters, water filtration systems, water quality solutions, and other plumbing enhancements
• Prepare accurate estimates, invoices, and job documentation using ServiceTitan
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build trust with homeowners through clear communication and professional recommendations
• Participate in ongoing technical and customer service training


Performance Expectations

• Complete 3–4 service calls per day
• Maintain a 70%+ conversion rate on recommended services
• Conduct thorough whole-home safety inspections on every visit
• Contribute to membership plan growth and customer retention
• Maintain a callback rate below 3% through quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Deliver consistent 5-star customer experiences
• Build lasting relationships with homeowners through professionalism and trust

Requirements
  • Plumbing license preferred (state-specific)
  • 3–5 years of hands-on residential plumbing experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus
