Description
This position is responsible for creating positive outcomes for clients through supervision of our Rapid Re-housing staff, delivering direct support services, and collaborating with internal staff and community providers to achieve client goals.
Requirements
1. Operates within the DuPagePads Core Values, including providing trauma-informed care.
2. Supervisor Duties Include:
- Collects and provides data and outcomes as requested for Rapid Re-housing Housing programs.
- Development and implementation of polices and procedures for the four Rapid re-housing programs including our Domestic Violence Survivor program.
- Ensure the specific protocols are followed for each program based on the differences and similarities of each program.
- Distributes and disseminates information and material to staff.
- Alerts staff and management to client and programmatic issues.
- Assists in conducting / coordinating external and internal audits.
- Coordinates events at sites to promote housing stability and long-term goals for success.
- Assists with special projects and needs as they arise with support and direction of Client Services Director.
- Provides direct supervision to staff 1:1 (generally weekly but at least once per month) to ensure administrative and clinical needs are reviewed and supported.
- Ensures that all clients are assessed for needs and that needs are addressed.
- Provide expertise to staff related to Domestic Violence and serving survivors of domestic violence.
- Collaboration with our community partners who serve survivors of Domestic Violence to ensure access to ongoing support services to include but not limited to; counseling, groups, crisis intervention services.
- Addresses higher level client needs including landlord relations, crisis intervention, safety planning.
- Supervises weekly team meeting with staff to review announcements and plan for meeting client needs.
- Provides support and direction to staff on core concepts and best practices such as Motivational Interviewing, Housing First, trauma-informed care, and Stages of Change.
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, evaluation, and development to ensure quality individual staff and strong team.
- Quickly and fairly addresses employee performance and/or behavioral issues.
- Ensure that Case Managers comply with agency policies and procedures including federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
- Ensures productivity and efficiency through scheduling, timekeeping, review and monitoring of timecards, timely submission by staff of expenses
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
3. Case Management Duties:
- Provide primary or supplemental case management as needed.

$57,000-60,000 per Year
