You’ll collaborate closely with leadership, support portfolio-wide initiatives, and help shape how we connect with guests, partners, and communities.



Marketing & Brand Support

  • Bring our brand to life by assisting in the creation of compelling presentations, pitch decks, and marketing materials.
  • Partner with the Marketing Manager to execute social media strategies across Meta platforms—helping engage audiences and enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain and elevate our digital presence through regular audits and optimization efforts.
  • Support the execution of brand campaigns, networking events, and partnership initiatives that strengthen market positioning.
  • Assist with onboarding new properties, ensuring seamless alignment with Vinayaka Hospitality’s brand and sales strategy.

Sales & Executive Coordination

  • Serve as a trusted support partner to Corporate Directors of Sales and executive leadership.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, and key engagements with precision and professionalism.
  • Develop polished sales presentations, reports, and business materials.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Business Development & Sales Operations

  • Contribute to portfolio-wide growth by supporting sales and business development initiatives.
  • Act as a connector between corporate leadership and property-level sales teams.
  • Track leads, opportunities, and sales activity to ensure momentum and accountability.
  • Keep projects on track—monitor timelines and drive completion of key initiatives.

Reporting, Insights & Strategy

  • Conduct regular audits of sales systems to ensure accuracy and performance alignment.
  • Produce and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, STR analysis, and market research.
  • Transform data into meaningful insights through trend analysis and executive summaries.

Requirements

 What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales coordination, or hospitality.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities—you keep everything moving.
  • Strong communication skills with a polished, professional presence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint required).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, Meta Business Suite, and CRM/reporting systems.
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.
Salary Description
50,000 - 55,000
