Apex Concierge Services INC is seeking a professional, customer-focused Residential Concierge to join our team at one of our luxury residential properties in Boston, MA.


As the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and visitors, the Concierge plays an essential role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining building operations, and creating a welcoming environment for the community.

This is an ideal opportunity for individuals with experience in hospitality, front desk operations, luxury residential buildings, hotels, customer service, or property management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and vendors
  • Greet visitors and manage front desk operations professionally and warmly
  • Answer phones, emails, and resident inquiries promptly
  • Manage package deliveries, visitor logs, and amenity reservations
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with building staff
  • Maintain accurate front desk and shift logs
  • Monitor lobby activity and support building safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment
  • Provide local recommendations for restaurants, transportation, and events
  • Assist with emergency response procedures when needed

Requirements

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience
  • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, and/or property management systems
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts (including evenings/weekends)
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

Preferred:

  • Experience in residential or hotel concierge roles
  • Familiarity with Boston neighborhoods, transportation, and cultural attractions
Salary Description
$21-$22 / hour
