This position is responsible for supporting retail and wholesale parts.
Primary responsibilities include providing accurate and timely parts availability to all customers and managing parts inventory.
Experience with Dealer Management Software is preferred but not required. CMA utilizes CDK.
Schedule
Monday - Friday (alternating Saturdays)
Prior experience working in a dealership or wholesale parts environment is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting technicians, service advisors, and external clients.
- Handle inbound calls in a professional & timely manner.
- Work with parts team to ensure inventory organization.
Qualifications & Skills
- Dealership automotive parts experience preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software applications.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a warehouse setting as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
