We are looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative, and forward-thinking Process & Policy Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, improving systems, and helping organizations operate more efficiently and consistently across departments and regions.


What You'll Do

• Develop, organize, and maintain policies, procedures, workflows, SOPs, forms, and operational documentation.

• Translate organizational policies into practical, user-friendly processes and standard work.

• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, HR, Clinical, Compliance, Recruiting, Training, and Leadership teams.

• Evaluate workflows and identify opportunities for increased efficiency, accountability, scalability, and consistency.

• Support organizational audits, reviews, and operational readiness initiatives.

• Create process guides, workflow documents, and training materials that improve employee understanding.

• Assist in building and maintaining a centralized process and policy management structure.

• Participate in continuous quality improvement and process improvement initiatives across the organization.

• Help ensure organizational documentation remains compliant, current, and operationally effective.


Work Environment

Office-based role with occasional travel required.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Leadership, Operations Management, Human Resources, Education, or related field preferred.

• 2–5 years of experience in process improvement, operational support, compliance, training development, project coordination, or related work.

• Experience in healthcare, home care, human services, or another highly regulated environment preferred.

• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across departments.

• Experience creating SOPs, workflows, process maps, or training documentation strongly preferred.

• Process Management, Project Management, or Six Sigma certifications are a plus.

Salary Description
$65,000 - $70,000
