New Home Sales Consultants serve a critical role in creating our community and are held to high standards of excellence.


Typical Duties Include: 

· Developing relationships with customers

· Procuring and following up on sales leads for our communities

· Networking & prospecting

· Maintaining quality customer service and leading buyers throughout the New Home Sales process

· Negotiating and closing deals

· Completing accurate and timely contract paperwork

· Obtaining and analyzing market data is critical for our communities to remain competitive

· Strong computer skills (CRM experience a plus)

· Weekends required 

· Maintaining standard sales office hours, but understanding flexibility to meet customer schedules is a priority

. Commission and bonus opportunities 

Requirements

 Educational Requirements: 

· College degree or equivalent professional work experience preferred

· A Real Estate License is not required


Preferred Experience/background:

· 2 Years’ Experience in new home sales

· Residential home-building experience required 

· Proven knowledge of the market 

· Knowledge of sales concepts 

· Working knowledge of the mortgage industry 

· Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws 

· Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented
