Job Summary:
The Human Resources Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of the support office. In this role, you will recruit dental professionals and provide key administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Oversee the creation, distribution, and maintenance of employee badges, ensuring accurate records and security compliance.
- Assist with new hire onboarding
- Employee LMS management & oversight
- Certification and licensure management
- Newsletter collaboration and distribution
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions and conferences organized by the support team, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and materials preparation.
- Prepares agendas, schedules, and meeting-related documents for meetings, as requested
- Sorting and distribution of office mail
- monthly birthday card distribution
- Additional projects/duties as assigned

Requirements
HR experience a plus
