Premier Charter School (PCS) in southwest St. Louis City seeks passionate and energetic

individuals to join our expanding on-site daycare team! We currently have a full-time

opening for a float provider in a safe, nurturing, and play-based learning environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Help create and maintain a stimulating, play-based learning environment
• Help the lead implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum and lead engaging Circle Time activities that foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth through interactive, play-based learning experiences. 
• Support children’s daily routines, including feeding, diapering, and rest time
• Communicate effectively and professionally with parents, children, and staff

  Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a childcare setting
• High school diploma required
• Strong ability to engage children through play and learning
• Enthusiasm for early childhood education and the mission of PCS Daycare
• Must maintain a positive and professional relationship with children and adults
• Criminal background check required
