Sylva Valley Health & Rehab is building an Internal PRN Pool for experienced CNAs and Medication Aides (MA/CMA) looking for flexible scheduling and competitive pay without bouncing between facilities.

Shifts Available

• 12-hour shifts 
• 7a–7p and 7p–7a 
• Weekday and weekend opportunities available 

CNA Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers, repositioning, and feeding assistance 
• Answer call lights promptly and support resident comfort and safety 
• Observe and report changes in condition to the nurse 
• Help maintain a respectful, resident-centered environment 

MA/CMA Responsibilities

• Administer medications within MA/CMA scope and facility policy 
• Document medication administration accurately and timely 
• Monitor for side effects or concerns and report to nursing 
• Communicate medication refusals, PRNs, and concerns appropriately 

? Requirements

• Current CNA certification and/or Medication Aide (MA/CMA) certification 
• Skilled nursing / long-term care experience preferred 
• Dependable attendance and ability to work independently 
• Team-oriented mindset and professionalism
