Your Role


As a Store Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day operations for our retail and production teams, ensuring excellence in customer service, safety, and efficiency. You’ll build and develop a motivated team, manage budgets and performance goals, and uphold our company’s values and commitment to sustainability. 

 

What You’ll Do as a Store Manager

  • Lead a culture centered on Safety First and Environmental Stewardship 
  • Oversee all store operations, from retail sales to production performance 
  • Hire, train, and develop team members for success and growth 
  • Foster strong customer and community relationships 
  • Manage daily cash controls, inventories, reports, and safety documentation 
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, SOPs, and safety standards 
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility 
  • Support company marketing and sales initiatives 
  • Work retail store hours (may include weekends, overtime, and some holidays) 
  • Operate in both indoor and outdoor industrial environments 
  • Grow your skills, assist your team, and perform other assigned tasks. 

What You Bring as a Store Manager

  • Strong leadership skills with proven experience in retail, industrial, automotive, or recycling operations 
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service 
  • Proficiency in managing safety programs, budgets, and performance metrics 
  • Solid organizational and administrative skills 
  • Effective communication and people management abilities 
  • Intermediate knowledge of auto parts (advanced preferred) 
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors 
  • Reliable transportation 

Preferred:

  • Experience in the automotive salvage or recycling industry 
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
