The focus of this role is understanding the value of R2i’s services suite to drive new business revenue growth by helping clients navigate and solve complex problems. Position reports to the Chief Sales Officer.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
• Networking to identify and create demand
• Framing technology solutions to qualify and convert leads
• Teaming with technology and value-added partners to create client value
• Building pipeline via discovery, relationship building and ongoing solutioning
• Maintaining accurate forecasting via hard and soft deal dynamics
• Articulating R2i technology “sweet-spots” across build, activate and optimize cycles
• Closing on opportunities
• Developing ongoing business via client road mapping
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
• Recent, relevant, and scaled track record of successfully closing deals
• Solution seller; can connect solutions to business drivers and articulate results-based value propositions
• Ability to lead cross-functional team to support solution development and recommendations to drive the sales process
• Experience in enterprise marketing technology, related digital agency services and competitive landscape knowledge
• Vertically aligned expertise in one or more target segments; CPG/Mfg, Healthcare, Financial Services and Higher Ed.
• Skilled negotiator who can drive mutually beneficial contract terms and compliance
• Strong, relevant industry and partner network, especially with Adobe DX services
• Demonstration of cultural fit with R2i…can do / roll-up sleeves / get-it-done attitude
• Undergraduate degree required, BA/BS with a strong academic achievement
• 8+ years in a similar role, with relevant professional sales and marketing business development experience
• Track record of target quota achievement
• Ability to travel as client and market conditions require
