The Designer will develop and produce visually beautiful designs for our agency clients. They will support the creative team in an array of projects and must be able to take a job from concept through final production in a fast-paced environment and ensuring good quality design. This person will be self-motivated, pay close attention to detail, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work within the creative team to successfully create and produce innovative design solutions for multiple clients
• An intimate understating of design and content practices
• Partner with cross functional teams to ensure projects are completed within the timeline and on budget
• Translate creative brief into strong conceptual designs
• Collaborate with Sr. Designers to achieve visual design in scalable digital solutions
• Solution-oriented and supportive in finding solutions to unexpected challenges
• The role is not exclusive to print and digital media and may include some package design
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Design or related field
• 2+ years of agency experience
• Strong portfolio of design that demonstrates originality, innovation, problem-solving and profession experience
• Solid Adobe Creative Suite experience (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator); video editing a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail with an eye for typography, imagery, and color
• Responsive Design
• Ability to successfully manage a variety of projects at once and has worked on integrated campaigns
• Understanding of current design trends and technologies
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong initiative, self-motivated and able to work under tight deadlines
• Flexible and adaptable and comfortable working individually and in a team environment
