Night Auditor

Superhost Hospitality - Home2 Suites Plano

For the Night Auditor position, we are looking to fill an overnight schedule from Sunday through Wednesday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. The starting rate will be $16/hour, as Justyn mentioned. Ideally, we are seeking someone with prior hotel front desk or night audit experience, and Hilton PEP experience would be a big plus if applicable. This role is responsible for overnight guest service, completing the audit process, handling check-ins/check-outs, responding to guest needs, and ensuring the hotel is set up properly for the morning team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting the audit process to verify the accuracy of financial transactions.
• Managing the front desk, assisting late-night check-ins, and addressing guest inquiries.
• Performing end-of-day accounting tasks and reconciling daily revenue.
• Monitoring security cameras and ensuring the safety and security of the premises.
• Handling any guest concerns or emergencies that may arise during the night.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
• Commitment to excellent guest service, including overnight hours
• Ability to stay calm and resolve issues efficiently
• Comfortable using hotel systems and accounting software

Additional Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Availability for night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
