Reporting to and working with the Executive Vice President of Business Development and Client Success, the Marketing & Executive Coordinator role is responsible for aiding in the development and implementation of the company’s overall sales and marketing strategy.  We are looking for an upbeat, positive person who is motivated and wants a fun, dynamic work environment.  You will work as part of our Sioux Falls based team, creating sales and marketing documents, maintaining the sales opportunity database, and coordinating trade show and sales collateral. The Marketing & Executive Coordinator is often the first impression of NSN Revenue Resources for our prospective clients, so confident, professional communication skills are a must!


Responsibilities: 

  • Stay current on internet and general marketing trends and leveraging them through meetings and on-going prospect outreach
  • Monitor and analyze market data and information to gain insight to help make decisions on marketing, promotions, advertising and pricing 
  • Gather information on and understand market position of competition to better inform the company’s competitive positioning 
  • Accurately prepare weekly, quarterly and end of year sales prospect reporting to analyze data to find opportunities. Assist in developing new tools to streamline processes
  • Direct and execute lead generation campaigns. Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency and develop ways to improve those campaigns
  • Ensure existing marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to company brand guidelines. Work closely with sales to organize sales presentations and ensure that all materials are up-to-date, consistent and prepared prior to presentations with prospects
  • Keep CRM database current with prospect information
  • Manage the company’s website, social media platform and update information as needed
  • Coordinate logistics for trade shows, including shipping of collateral and schedules of company attendees
  • Assist President and Executive Vice President with expense report documentation, scheduling meetings and events, and hosting meetings and events



Requirements

? Bachelor's degree in related study preferred, but not required

? Proficiency in MS Word and Excel a must. Experience with Hubspot, SalesForce, or similar CRM tools is helpful

? Experience with social media and website management

? Sound judgment and strong skills with respect to interpersonal relations, critical thinking, problem solving and analysis

? The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external clients

? Be able to multi-task and handle competing priorities while meeting or exceeding deadlines

? Ability to work independently and as a member of the team with the ability to identify and resolve complex problems

? Limited travel may be required. Candidate must be able to travel for support with trade shows, events, and meeting logistics

? Must possess positive attitude and go-getter mentality

? Excellent communication skills using proper English grammar
