Sales Director will drive new business revenue across our Digital Media, Programmatic, DSP, CTV, Data, and Omnichannel Activation solutions. This role is built for a true hunter who thrives on prospecting, opening doors, developing strategic relationships, and building a strong book of business within the Digital Media, Agency, and AdTech ecosystem.


The Sales Director will leverage existing industry network and a consultative, data-driven approach to solve complex client challenges. Requirements

  

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, develop, and close net-new business opportunities across agencies, brands, and strategic partners.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities focused on Digital Media, Programmatic, DSP, CTV, audience targeting, and data-driven activation solutions.
  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach and relationship development through proposal creation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Generate and manage a personal book of business while identifying long-term revenue growth opportunities.
  • Sell consultatively by aligning Stirista’s DSP, ESP, CTV, email, identity, and audience solutions to client KPIs and marketing objectives.
  • Develop strategic relationships with agency leadership, media buyers, CMOs, performance marketers, and key decision-makers.
  • Work cross-functionally with Client Services, Operations, Product, and Leadership teams to deliver successful campaigns and client outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, opportunity management, and pipeline reporting within Salesforce.
  • Stay ahead of trends across AdTech, Programmatic Media, CTV, Retail Media, Identity, Data, and Omnichannel Marketing.
  • Represent Stirista at industry events, client meetings, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Help expand Stirista’s footprint across agencies, brands, political advertisers, and emerging digital categories.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • Proven success in Digital Media, AdTech, Programmatic, DSP, CTV, Data, SaaS, and/or Agency-focused B2B sales.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a demonstrated ability to prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities.
  • Experience building and managing a meaningful book of business and consistently exceeding revenue goals.
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic media buying, audience targeting, attribution, and data-driven activation.
  • Existing relationships within agencies, brands, trading desks, media organizations, or marketing technology companies strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and multi-stakeholder sales processes.
  • Experience selling into SMB, mid-market, and enterprise-level accounts.
  • Highly organized with strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and related sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience within Digital Media, AdTech, Programmatic, DSP, CTV, Data, SaaS, or Agency environments.
  • Demonstrated history of closing strategic revenue deals.

Ability to adhere to the company’s hybrid work policy. This position requires a minimum of three days per week in one of our offices for employees residing within a 30-mile radius of the following locations: San Antonio, TX (HQ), Manhattan, NY, Hauppauge, NY, Boston, MA, or Pompano Beach, FL.
