Description

Role Overview

Service Logic is seeking a highly analytical Procurement Analyst to help strengthen procurement as a more data-driven, strategic function.

This role focuses on turning data into insight. It is not just about reporting results, but about shaping sourcing strategies, supplier decisions, and business outcomes. The Procurement Analyst works closely with Procurement leadership, Category Managers, and Field Operations to improve visibility, identify cost opportunities, and support better decision-making across the organization.


Core Responsibilities

Analytics & Insight Generation

  • Build and maintain reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into spend, pricing, supplier performance, and savings
  • Partner with Technology team to drive enterprise data and analytics strategies forward
  • Analyze data to identify trends, cost opportunities, and actionable insights
  • Improve data quality and consistency and serve as a reliable source for procurement analytics

Strategy & Decision Support

  • Support sourcing strategies, RFPs, and supplier negotiations with data-driven analysis and benchmarking
  • Build financial models and business cases to evaluate sourcing opportunities and trade-offs
  • Turn analysis into clear recommendations that guide procurement and operational decisions

Performance Management & Capability Building

  • Track supplier and category performance, including savings realization and program adoption
  • Identify risks and improvement opportunities related to pricing, supply, and adoption
  • Establish internal and external data governance controls 
  • Help build and scale procurement analytics tools, reporting, and processes
Requirements

 Core Capabilities & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, Analytics, or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement, analytics, finance, or related roles
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with large or incomplete datasets
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience working with spend analytics platforms
  • Solid business judgment and ability to connect data to financial and operational outcomes
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders
  • Ability to work across teams and influence in a decentralized environment
