THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Outside Sales Executive to support and grow our client base in the Nashville, Tennessee market. You'll work directly alongside an established Senior Sales Executive — jointly managing and expanding existing accounts while prospecting and developing new business in the area.

While the position is Nashville-based, all design and production happens at our Birmingham, Alabama headquarters. Occasional travel to Birmingham will be part of the role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Partner with a Senior Sales Executive to manage and grow an existing book of client relationships
  • Prospect for and develop new business opportunities throughout the Nashville market
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and ongoing relationship-building activities
  • Identify client needs and recommend tailored custom solutions from our portfolio
  • Support complex, multi-stakeholder sales efforts from initial contact through close
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of sales activity and pipeline
  • Collaborate with internal design and production teams to ensure flawless client execution

WHAT YOU BRING

Required:

  • Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales environments
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills — you're a natural with people
  • Comfortable owning assigned responsibilities while working collaboratively within a team
  • Ability to prospect, follow up consistently, and manage longer consultative sales cycles
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and polished in client-facing situations
  • Valid driver's license and comfort with local travel throughout the Nashville territory
