Full-time
Description

Join a high-performance team where dispatching is strategic, competitive and revenue-driven. This is not a basic scheduling role.  At AirNow, a Southern Home Services Company, hospitality isn’t just something that happens in the field—it starts here, in the office. Our dispatchers are the heartbeat of the operation, and we’re looking for someone who brings both warmth and sharp strategy to every decision they make.

Southern Home Services is a residential HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical company that acquires, owns, and operates businesses around the United States. We are seeking business leaders to join our growing team and become an integral part of our company's future.

What you’ll do:

Our call center handles first contact. Your job starts there, taking a warm handoff and deploying the right technician with intent. That means reading the call, understanding the customer, and matching the job to the technician whose skills, personality, and strengths give the best chance to win. We don’t dispatch by proximity; we dispatch to drive results. This role is about judgement, influence, and hospitality, not just filling slots.
