Account Manager - Sales (Part-time)

This is a part-time position.


We are seeking a highly responsive and detail oriented Sales Account Manager to support and grow our client relations. This role is focused on managing requirements, and maintaining strong day-to-day relationships with the customer. The ideal candidate understands urgency, values relationship-building, and can operate efficiently in a customer environment.


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily communication with key stakeholders at the client site

- Timely responses to requirements

- Proactively follow up with the delivery team on requirement updates

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with the customer

- Co-ordinate with the HR, Accounting, and Operations teams

- Identify potential opportunities to increase sales, and revenue

- Problem solving, resolving issues quickly and professionally to reinforce trust and reliability

- Support customer needs
