Food Production Associate

Cookies-n-Milk, Inc. is a growing dessert manufacturer specializing in frozen and baked treats. We create our products at our production facility in McKinney, Texas, conveniently located near downtown with easy freeway access. We are currently seeking dependable, hardworking team members to join our Production Department.

Schedule

• Full-Time Position
• Monday–Friday
• 6:45 AM – 3:30 PM (45-minute lunch break)
• 3:15 PM - 12 AM (45-minute lunch break)
• Major holidays off
• Overtime opportunities may be available based on production needs

Starting Pay

• $15.00/hour – AM Shift
• $16.00/hour – PM Shift

Responsibilities

• Place cookies and baked goods onto production conveyors
• Fill and package frozen and baked dessert products
• Pack finished products for shipment
• Transport finished goods to freezer storage areas
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, utensils, and work areas
• Remove trash and maintain sanitation standards
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety procedures, and quality standards
• Perform other production duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Food manufacturing or restaurant experience preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for extended periods on concrete floors
• Ability to perform repetitive bending, twisting, and lifting
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Ability to work in refrigerated and freezer environments as needed
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Team-oriented attitude and positive work ethic
• Must be willing to wear required PPE, including boots, coveralls, goggles, face masks, and other protective equipment
• No tobacco use during working hours due to product quality requirements

Work Environment

Employees work in a temperature-controlled manufacturing facility and may occasionally be exposed to refrigerated or freezer temperatures. The position involves standing for long periods, repetitive tasks, machinery noise, and exposure to common food allergens, including wheat, dairy, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Uniforms, PPE, and hearing protection are provided.
