Sanders Beach Rentals is a luxury vacation rental management company with more than 20 years of experience serving homeowners and guests along beautiful Scenic Highway 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.

We are currently seeking a full-time Property Experience Specialist to join our Florida Operations Team.

This is not a desk job.

This is a field-based position for someone who enjoys being on the move, solving problems, helping people, and making sure the details don't get missed. As a Property Experience Specialist, you'll spend your days in the field supporting homeowners, guests, and our operations team. On any given day you may be visiting properties to evaluate company standards, meeting a vendor, delivering a homeowner package, helping a guest with a special request, or coordinating the return of a lost item.

This is a highly independent role for someone who enjoys being on the move, solving problems, paying attention to details, and taking ownership of their work. If you're the type of person who notices what others overlook and takes pride in providing outstanding service, we'd love to meet you.



What You Will Do:

  • Conduct property walkthroughs and identify maintenance, appearance, and quality concerns from both a homeowner and guest perspective.
  • Document findings and communicate concerns through established company processes to support property upkeep and continuous improvement.
  • Visit properties during homeowner projects, provide updates to internal teams, and help ensure homeowner needs are supported.
  • Manage HOA amenity pickups and distributions, including WaterColor wristbands and other guest-related items.
  • Deliver guest-requested amenities, replacement items, and special request items to properties.
  • Coordinate homeowner deliveries and assist with placing homeowner items in properties.
  • Serve as the on-site point of contact for homeowner vendor visits and support operational needs in the field.
  • Conduct guest recovery follow-up visits after service issues have been resolved.
  • Manage the lost and found process, including shipping and return logistics.
  • Support the Maintenance, Housekeeping, Guest Services, and Owner Relations teams with field-based tasks and special projects as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as operational needs require.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, property management, guest services, field operations, or a related role preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work in indoor and outdoor environments.

$24.00 per hour
