Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides exceptional guest service and ensures all guest inquires and concerns are addressed promptly 
  • Prepares condiments for appropriate garnishment of beverages
  • Presents appropriate menus and informs guests of current specials and promotions 
  • Verifies age requirements are met for purchase of alcohol as needed 
  • Prepares beverages according to standard operating procedures
  • Operates restaurant and bar related equipment including the cash register, point of sale system and telephone
  • Maintains updated knowledge related to current menu options, preparation methods and techniques, and ingredients 
  • Operates three compartment sinks or dish tank for cleaning glassware
  • Maintains hand soap and hand towels at hand wash stations
  • Processes payment transactions following established procedures 
  • Identifies when a customer has reached his/her alcohol consumption limit 
  • Stocks and maintains beer, wine, and liquor inventories to ensure efficient operations
  • Assists in monitoring and?upholding policies and procedures for safety of guests and team members??  
  • Assists in maintaining cleanliness throughout the department 
  • Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency? 
  • Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership

Salary Description
