We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to evaluate marketing performance, customer behavior, and market trends to support data-driven decision-making. This role bridges marketing strategy and analytics, helping optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience

Strong Excel and reporting skills

Ability to analyze campaign, website, customer, and sales data

Experience with Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing platforms, or similar tools

Strong attention to detail and ability to turn data into practical recommendations

Preferred experience

SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools

SEMrush or SEO analytics

ERP experience

Marketing automation experience

AI tools, APIs, or programming exposure

Manufacturing, equipment, B2B, dealer, or industrial marketing experience

Salary Description

$60,000-$75,000
