We are seeking a Service Business Development Representative (BDC) to join our call center team. This role plays a key part in delivering a top-tier customer experience by assisting service customers with appointment scheduling, providing updates, and supporting customer retention efforts. 


The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, team environment. 

Requirements

Handle all inbound and outbound calls professionally, following established scripts and guidelines 

Promptly answer incoming service inquiries and assist customers effectively 

Schedule and manage service appointments in line with dealership policies 

Accurately enter and maintain customer data in CRM systems 

Complete outbound call activities, including: 

No-show follow-ups 

Appointment confirmations 

Service reminders 

Lead follow-ups 

Task list completion 

Meet or exceed performance targets, including daily outbound call volume (approximately 125 calls/day) 

Ensure balanced appointment scheduling across the service department 

Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to company standards at all times 

Support additional duties as assigned 

Qualifications 

Previous automotive dealership experience is a plus (not required) 

Strong customer service background required 

Excellent communication and phone skills 

High attention to detail and strong follow-up abilities 

Comfortable using computers and CRM platforms 

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment 

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and motivation to succeed 

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and mandatory Saturdays 

Salary Description
$17.50 / Hour
