Position Overview: As the Regional Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for leading census growth and referrals across the southern Illinois region across multiple long-term and skilled nursing facilities. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee facility liaisons and admissions teams to ensure timely response to new patient referrals
  • Collaborate with facility Administrators and DONs to align admission capabilities 
  • Represent the company at hospitals, community events and foster partnerships with clinicians in the market to drive patient referrals and census growth.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • 2 years of experience in Business Development in Long-term care. 
  •  Proven track record of driving census and building referral pipelines
  • Strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, and discharge planners preferred
