Pay: $25-$27/hour
Join our growing manufacturing team as a Maintenance Technician and help keep our production equipment operating safely and efficiently. We are seeking a skilled maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and contributing to a high-performing operation.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Develop and maintain a shop wide preventative maintenance schedule.
- Support production teams by responding quickly to equipment concerns.
- Assist with equipment installations and process improvements.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintenance best practices.
- Overtime due to machinery breakdowns and repairs may be required.
Requirements
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
- PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus.
