Customer & Showroom Experience

  • Welcome customers to the showroom and provide a professional, knowledgeable first impression. 
  • Assist customers with selecting granite, quartz, marble, quartzite, and other countertop materials based on their project requirements and design preferences. 
  • Educate customers on material characteristics, colors, finishes, edge profiles, and maintenance requirements. 
  • Coordinate slab viewing appointments and assist customers during the selection process. 
  • Build positive relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, designers, and commercial clients. 

Sales Support & Quoting

  • Gather project details, measurements, drawings, and specifications from customers. 
  • Prepare preliminary countertop quotes and estimates using company pricing guidelines. 
  • Follow up on customer inquiries, quotes, and showroom visits. 
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales opportunities within company systems. 
  • Support sales representatives by coordinating customer communications and project information. 
  • Assist with order entry, contract preparation, and scheduling activities. 

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and online inquiries. 
  • Schedule consultations, template appointments, and showroom visits. 
  • Coordinate communication between customers, sales staff, production, and installation teams. 
  • Maintain organized customer files and project documentation. 
  • Ensure showroom displays, samples, and promotional materials are well maintained. 
  • Perform general administrative duties to support daily operations.
Requirements

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. 
  • Previous experience in customer service, showroom sales, inside sales, or administrative support preferred. 
  • Experience in countertops, stone fabrication, cabinetry, flooring, construction, or interior design is highly desirable. 
  • Strong communication and customer service skills. 
  • Ability to read basic measurements, drawings, and project specifications. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or sales management software. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
